At the age of 13, Ms. Noe started singing and playing the guitar professionally. Currently, she performs with Karmic Tattoo, a trio band, sings opera, rock and roll and country music, and does solo and group singing. Her music collections include "Beginnings," "Live at Music Corner," "Big Beautiful Woman," "Providence," which was recorded along with Pam Green, and is currently in the studio recording "More Than Skin Deep," with Karmic Tattoo. Her songs have aired nationally on stations such as WFPK Radio Louisville, KY, Live 365 Internet Radio and Australian Air Internet Radio.
Ms. Noe attended University of Kentucky. She is a member of Broadcast Music, Inc., the Song Writers Association, AIDS Partnership, and the University of Life.
